Jack Schneider is the Principal and Founder of Allerton Search Partners, bringing more than a decade of experience specializing in accounting, finance, and operational leadership recruitment.
Jack began building his recruiting expertise at William Raveis, where he supported internal accounting and finance talent acquisition. He later joined Atlantic Group as a Director, focusing exclusively on accounting and finance recruitment across a broad range of industries. In this role, he managed full-cycle recruitment, client relationships, and candidate engagements.
In 2024, Jack founded Allerton Search Partners to deliver a more personalized, strategic approach to executive search. Drawing on his experience on both the internal and agency sides of recruiting, he understands the importance of aligning exceptional talent with each organization's unique business objectives.
Today, Jack leads Allerton's engaged and retained searches, strategic search partnerships, and interim and fractional leadership solutions. With more than 20 years of collective industry experience across the firm, Allerton combines deep market knowledge with the responsiveness and accountability of a boutique partner.
